FAQs
Where should I start if I'm new to Ink Digital?
Head to the Welcome & Onboarding course. This is designed to guide you through our tools, processes, and culture so you can hit the ground running.
Do I need to complete all the courses?
Not all at once! Start with the sections most relevant to your role or topics you feel you need more support on. Your manager can help point you towards any required modules.
How do I track my progress?
Each course shows your completion percentage. Once you finish a module, you'll see a checkmark beside it.
Can I download resources or templates?
Absolutely. Many modules include downloadable resources or links to shared templates in ActiveCollab or Drive.
I can't find a course or it's missing a video - what should I do?
Let Mel know (via Teams or email) and we'll get it fixed quickly.
Can I suggest a new training topic or walkthrough?
Yes! We're always adding new lessons. Share your ideas in the community section or speak to Mel.
Will there be quizzes or assessments?
Some modules include quick quizzes to check understanding, but most are short and practical.
